Coppelia
Coppelia Cakes is a specialty cake studio located in the heart of the Roaring Fork Valley, and supplying cakes all over Colorado. We specialize in high-end wedding cakes inspired by nature, fine art, and unique textures and patterns.
Our name comes from the comic ballet Coppélia- The Girl with the Enamel Eyes. Ballet has been a major part of Kenzie's life since the age of five. She fell in love with the story of Coppélia through her countless hours in the dance studio. When choosing a name it only made sense to combine her two passions of dance and sugar art, and so became Coppélia Cake Design.
Kenzie
Kenzie has lived in the Roaring Fork Valley her entire life. Her early love for art and baking quickly blossomed into a passion that led to a degree in fine arts before attending the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. After completing their renowned pastry program, Kenzie developed her skills apprenticing for multiple cake studios across Colorado.
